Profitero+ is hiring a full-time Technical Data Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in Reading, Winnersh Triangle, United Kingdom. The manager will lead Technical Data Operations Analysts, oversee product-data delivery across BAU operations and new client implementations, manage prioritisation, capacity planning, escalation, stakeholder communication, and operational improvements, and develop team performance. The role requires at least three years of team-management experience, including direct people management, coaching, performance management, operational delivery, risk management, and Excel proficiency.
