Swissquote is hiring a Data, Oversight & Transformation Lead to drive the Business Risk Management function’s data and transformation agenda. Reporting to the Head of Business Risk Management, the role will structure case-management data, build management dashboards and reports, translate reporting priorities into data structures, identify automation opportunities, and support audit and regulatory data requests. The position requires a master’s degree in a quantitative field, computer science, or data science, at least five years of data analytics or reporting experience, strong visualization and Excel skills, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with process mapping and low-code or no-code workflow automation.
