Description
Cequence Security is hiring a Data Plane Engineer to design and develop high-performance, low-latency, highly available data plane components for protecting web, mobile, and API applications. The role involves building and testing solutions in data centers and public or private clouds, owning design and development activities, resolving bugs, collaborating within a small team, and improving product, platform, and processes. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field, 4–6 years of industry experience, C/C++ and/or Golang programming skills, networking and application protocol knowledge, Linux or Unix systems programming expertise, concurrent and distributed systems knowledge, and experience with web servers, load balancers, or web application firewalls.
