ComeOn Group is hiring a Data Platform Administrator to manage MySQL and MongoDB across development and production environments. The role owns database uptime, reliability, performance tuning, monitoring, scaling, backups, security, schema changes, large-table operations, migrations, upgrades, access controls, release processes, and support for real-time pipelines and data flows. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Katowice, Poland, with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 40 days of fully remote work per year.
