Indigenous Pact is hiring a Data Platform & Analytics Engineer to design, build, operate, and govern enterprise data platforms and analytics infrastructure. The role covers data pipelines, ETL/ELT, Azure Databricks, data models, Power BI datasets, platform security, reliability, governance, and database operations. It is an in-person position in Seattle, Denver, or Minneapolis, with 10–15% travel to clinic partners, and requires a bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant data engineering or analytics engineering experience. The base salary is $140,000–$170,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
