Description
NXP is hiring a Data Platform Delivery Director to lead and orchestrate a scaled, multi-team delivery organization responsible for its One Data Platform and the transition from enterprise Foundation data capabilities to business-domain Gold data products. The role manages approximately six delivery teams, coordinates federated Gold delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other domains, harmonizes data definitions and interoperability, manages release integration and portfolio dependencies, and evolves the platform using technologies such as Databricks, CI/CD, and Data Mesh. The position requires a master's degree or equivalent practical experience and typically 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience in complex global enterprise delivery.
