Universal Avionics is hiring an onsite Data Platform Developer – Business Intelligence & Automation in Tucson, Arizona. The role builds reusable fact, dimension, and pre-aggregated data structures; develops and maintains Microsoft Fabric data pipelines; modernizes SSRS reporting; writes and tests SQL and pipeline logic; troubleshoots data-quality issues; and partners with business stakeholders to create scalable reporting and AI-ready data foundations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of SQL-based reporting or data-platform experience, and hands-on experience with SQL Server, data pipelines, and enterprise reporting platforms.
