Description
Hazel is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to own end-to-end data platform reliability, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and warehouse reliability. The role will also develop AI agents that write, build, and test new integrations, optimize low-latency pipelines, automate data workflows, and ship new source integrations. Candidates need at least four years of production data infrastructure experience, strong dbt and SQL knowledge, strong Python, production orchestrator experience, and practical AI-native development skills. The position offers a $155,000–$200,000 base salary, equity, health, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited PTO, with a hybrid arrangement in New York City.
