This role involves optimizing and supporting ETL processes and data lake environments, focusing on resolving complex technical issues, maintaining data pipeline performance, and supporting cloud-based data platforms. The individual will analyze and troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for technical or security challenges in cloud environments. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor cloud-based data infrastructure, maintain knowledge base documentation, and support onboarding and training.
