Description
Paxos is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to own data-platform projects from design through production operation. The role covers data ingestion, batch and streaming pipelines, data lakes and warehouses, databases, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, security, governance, incident response, and platform reliability. Candidates should have strong engineering fundamentals, deep production experience in at least one relevant area, programming and production-code experience, and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly. The role may involve mentoring and technical direction for a small team across US and India time zones.
