The role involves designing, building, and maintaining data platforms and pipelines, developing Kubernetes-based infrastructure, administering relational and NoSQL databases, integrating data systems with applications, and ensuring security, compliance, governance, performance, and documentation. Candidates need at least five years of data platform engineering experience, strong Kubernetes and database engineering experience, containerized application experience, data pipeline or storage knowledge, programming skills in Python, Java, or GoLang, and experience with Git.
