Cafeyn is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate Python-based data services and pipelines supporting content recommendations, search, page skeletons, analytics, and AI-powered features. The role covers AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, Snowflake, observability, data modeling, and production-grade reliability. Candidates need at least five years of Python experience, experience architecting data systems on AWS, GCP, or similar platforms, container orchestration experience, and fluent English. The position is based in the Paris office with a hybrid policy allowing remote work two days per week.
