The role involves a 50/50 split between hands-on engineering tasks like scaling data lakes, developing infrastructure for new data commercialization products, and building reusable data movement tools. The manager will also focus on recruiting, guiding, and nurturing the team, collaborating with product managers to define roadmaps, and contributing to the modernization of data infrastructure.
