Euromonitor International is hiring a Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead globally distributed data platform engineering teams. The people-first manager will hire, coach, and develop engineers and Team Leaders while providing technical direction for reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable data platform services, pipelines, and systems. Responsibilities include roadmap and backlog ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, OKRs, platform design, documentation and governance, incident response, reliability, continuous improvement, and enabling automation and self-service. The role requires Azure data services expertise, SQL, DevOps, project and product management tools, business intelligence tools, AI-enabled workflow knowledge, data solution design, and strong servant leadership and communication skills. It offers a gross monthly salary of €5,666–€6,250 depending on experience and is hybrid.
