Description
SailPoint is hiring a Data Infrastructure Platform Manager to lead the team responsible for the runtime and platform layer supporting batch, streaming, analytics, and machine learning workloads. The role combines people leadership, production operations, technical strategy, incident management, architectural tradeoffs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reliability, developer experience, cost efficiency, and self-service capabilities across AWS-based data infrastructure. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of AWS production experience, experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads, and substantial hands-on experience operating production data platforms at scale.
