G2 is hiring a Manager – Data platform to lead teams responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable, secure, and governed data platform capabilities supporting analytics, data science, AI, and product use cases. The role owns the platform roadmap and delivery, defines architecture and engineering standards, manages reliability, governance, observability, security, and cloud costs, and leads and develops data platform engineering teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or cloud data architecture, including 3+ years in engineering leadership, along with expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, ELT/ETL, Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, dbt, and related data platform technologies.
