Description
The offshore Data Platform Operations Engineer will support a managed AWS data platform using Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Amazon Aurora, Amazon S3, and CDC-based data flows. The role focuses on monitoring platform health, triaging operational alerts, restarting failed workloads, investigating incidents, validating backups and restore readiness, maintaining runbooks, and escalating P1/P2 incidents. The position requires at least three years of experience in data platform support, data operations, or cloud operations, along with hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and SQL.
