Chargeflow is hiring a Data Platform Team Lead to architect, scale, and operate a data platform supporting millions of daily transactions, machine-learning, and analytics use cases. The role combines hands-on data infrastructure and cloud engineering with leadership of data and infrastructure engineers, covering reliability, security, governance, FinOps, distributed systems, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least six years of data platform, data infrastructure, or backend engineering experience, including two years leading or mentoring engineers, along with Python, cloud, infrastructure-as-code, database, and distributed-systems expertise. The position is hybrid, based in Modi’in, with three days per week in the office.
