PA Consulting is hiring a Data Platform Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms supporting analytics, operational workloads, AI, and emerging use cases. The role leads data engineering or data platform teams, makes architectural decisions across ingestion, storage, processing, modelling, orchestration, and serving, and guides modernisation, migration, and decommissioning. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, applying software engineering and data governance practices, communicating with clients and senior stakeholders, and contributing to bids and solution approaches. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, and may involve up to five days per week on a client site.
