MPC is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead their Data and Analytics Platforms Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality, reusable data products that support enterprise analytics and decision-making. This role involves translating business priorities into platform capabilities, designing and evolving data integration patterns, automating business processes with RPA and Agentic AI solutions, and overseeing the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models. The manager will also handle cross-functional project leadership, establish monitoring and compliance processes, and ensure the availability and security of technology systems.
