Boston Scientific is hiring a Data Product Manager for its Cardiology Marketing & Digital Enablement team to define and lead enterprise data products, including the Marketing Data Platform, Customer 360, and conversational analytics solutions. The role owns product strategy and roadmaps, coordinates data engineering delivery, designs scalable data models, modernizes cloud-native data architectures, and establishes governance, adoption, and customer-intelligence capabilities. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience in data product management, data architecture, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical product leadership, with expertise in modern data platforms, SQL, cloud services, and enterprise data governance. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Maple Grove or Arden Hills, Minnesota office, and offers a minimum salary of $102,100 and a maximum salary of $194,000.
