Ford is hiring a Product Manager for Data Access, Privacy, and Governance to own the product lifecycle of core data-sharing and compliance platforms within its Enterprise Data Platform organization. The role bridges engineering, business units, legal counsel, privacy officers, and security teams to translate GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory mandates into secure, scalable platform capabilities. Responsibilities include product strategy, requirements authoring, agile delivery, cloud migrations, API architecture, GCP integrations, and stakeholder communication. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, at least five years of relevant product or technical program management experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with visa sponsorship.
