Description
The Data Privacy Officer will oversee the organization’s data processing activities and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing privacy policies, conducting training and audits, performing data privacy impact assessments, investigating and responding to data breaches, coordinating regulatory notifications, advising senior management, maintaining data processing records, and continuously improving the data protection framework. The role requires a graduate of Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, certification as a Data Protection Officer, and at least 3–5 years of experience as a Data Protection Officer.
