Digitain is seeking an experienced Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join its Legal Directorate. The DPO will be responsible for ensuring that the company's data processing activities and privacy practices comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all operating jurisdictions. This role involves monitoring data protection policies, advising on compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws, managing data subject requests, conducting legal research, and collaborating with internal departments on cross-border data transfers. The DPO will also maintain records and documentation related to data protection.
