Ford is hiring a Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions while partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders. The role combines data science, AI, analytics, backend development, data pipelines, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure, with responsibilities including AI coding-agent workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Python services, BigQuery and PostgreSQL data models, and observability. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 6 years of data science, data engineering, or software engineering experience, and 3+ years of cloud-based workload experience, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
