Description
The Data Quality Analyst will monitor, measure, and improve the integrity and reliability of enterprise data across sales, finance, franchise operations, supply chain, loyalty, and customer domains. The role focuses on defining data quality rules and controls, investigating anomalies, creating scorecards and dashboards, establishing SLAs and KPIs, and implementing automated checks in Databricks using SQL, PySpark, and Delta Lake. It also involves data profiling, root-cause analysis, governance and stewardship activities, and collaboration with data engineering, business intelligence, finance, operations, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least three years of experience in data quality, analytics, governance, or a related field, along with strong SQL, cloud-platform, ETL/ELT, and data-profiling skills.
