Description
Kemper is hiring a Data Quality Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data validation frameworks and automated testing solutions across analytics, reporting, and operational systems. The role covers data testing, reconciliation, pipeline quality engineering, test-environment strategy, data governance and compliance, monitoring, and collaboration with data engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience in data engineering, data testing, or database development, with expertise in SQL, Informatica, IICS, Snowflake, Oracle, AWS, Python, XML, JSON, and related data quality practices. The position can be hybrid from a local Kemper office or remote for a non-local candidate, and sponsorship is not accepted.
