The role supports business-critical Business Intelligence platforms, queries data sources to validate and explain sales and channel performance metrics, and manages concurrent support requests across multiple platforms and time zones. Candidates need experience with sales or channel reporting, BI tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot, strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and prior client or industry experience. Preferred qualifications include B2B and B2C sales reporting knowledge, automated support workflows, global team collaboration, data pipeline concepts, and engineering collaboration.
