Description
Finisar India is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to architect and oversee enterprise AI/ML systems, pipelines, and application platforms. The role leads a small AI engineering team, guides technical decisions, designs LLM, RAG, and agentic applications, manages production pipelines and governance, and partners with data, software, IT, and business teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant computer science or data science field, 12–15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years relevant to AI, and experience managing an AI or data science team of five or more people. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.
