Agile Defense is hiring a Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead in Tampa, Florida, to lead the strategic integration of advanced analytics across the SOF enterprise. The role involves designing and deploying machine learning models, statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, exploratory data analysis, and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. The lead will collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams, mentor junior data scientists, validate models, and ensure reliable data pipelines. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of data science, machine learning, or related experience, with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance required to start.
