Description
Wellmark is hiring a Data Analyst to extract, integrate, analyze, and interpret data from internal and external sources; build models and visualizations; identify business risks and opportunities; develop recommendations; and support reporting, presentations, and process-improvement initiatives. The role requires a quantitative degree or less than one year of hands-on data or statistical-analysis experience, SQL and statistical-programming exposure, strong data-visualization knowledge, and effective communication and time-management skills. A master’s degree, unstructured-data experience, project-roadmap experience, and HROR proficiency are preferred. The position does not consider applicants requiring immigration sponsorship.
