Lighthouse is hiring a full-time Data Science Engineer in Ghent, Belgium, for a hybrid role supporting its Data Science Core team. The position owns work from initial business questions through machine learning and AI models and products, including internal consulting, model evaluation and production, data-domain support, and research into advanced AI applications for hospitality. The role requires proven data science experience, Python, cloud orchestration, generative AI, production deployment, stakeholder communication, and English fluency, with technologies including SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Airflow, dbt, MLflow, GitLab, and Atlan.
