Description
Alto Software Group is hiring a Data Science Lead to build and lead its data science capability from the ground up. The role owns the data science roadmap, develops and deploys production predictive models, designs experiments, creates segmentation and scoring frameworks, partners with engineering and AI operations, and mentors analysts. It requires expert Python and SQL, statistics and causal inference, a track record of production models, and strong commercial judgment. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in London HQ, and includes medical and private medical benefits, annual leave, pension contributions, and a discretionary bonus.
