Peec AI is hiring a Data Science Lead to build, mentor, and lead an elite data science team while personally owning the models and systems powering its AI Search recommendations. The role covers full ML lifecycle ownership, algorithm development, scalable data and ML architecture, production deployment, monitoring, and exceptional production-grade code. Candidates need at least 8 years of professional data science experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role at a top-tier high-growth startup or FAANG-level technology company, along with strong Python, applied machine learning, LLM, and cloud-native systems expertise.
