UCB is hiring an Analytics Lead for its Global Advanced Analytics team in Slough, United Kingdom. The hybrid role requires 40% onsite presence and 5-10% international or domestic travel. The position leads advanced analytics and AI projects, develops secondary-data insights, manages analytics solutions, mentors junior data scientists, and partners with clinical, commercial, medical, market access, finance, IT, and external stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area, 8-10+ years of predictive modeling and program leadership experience, at least 8 years working with real-world data, and strong Python or R programming skills; pharmaceutical, clinical-trial, and data-science expertise are preferred.
