TalkTalk is hiring a Data Science Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. Reporting to the Head of Data Science, Advanced Analytics & AI, the role leads a high-performing team and delivers data science products from proof of concept through production, applying statistics, mathematics, AI, and GenAI techniques. Responsibilities include deploying scalable products using MLOps, managing regulatory and legal data and AI requirements, mentoring junior data scientists and analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires an MSc, PhD, or equivalent apprenticeship-level qualification in a relevant field, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with modern data platforms, and prior experience managing and upskilling junior team members. Flexible hybrid working requires at least 50% office presence.
