Compare the Market is hiring a Data Science Manager for its Data & AI Solutions team in a hybrid role based in London or Peterborough. The manager will lead data scientists building production predictive systems, automated decision workflows, and AI platform capabilities, including LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-step AI patterns. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, ensuring model quality and production readiness, monitoring drift and retraining models, making architectural decisions, partnering with product, commercial, and engineering stakeholders, and developing the team.
