Description
The Data Science Manager leads end-to-end data science initiatives, translating business needs into predictive models and analytics solutions. The role covers data exploration, feature engineering, pipeline development, model building and deployment, performance monitoring, tuning, and business enablement across customer behavior, segmentation, and credit risk. It requires at least three years of experience in customer analytics, credit risk, or financial services, along with programming, statistical, big data, database, and quantitative discipline knowledge.
