Monzo is hiring a Data Science Manager to lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and other Data professionals, set strategic data direction, partner with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders, and connect Data Science work to customer, product and commercial outcomes. The role requires significant experience managing Data Scientists, strong strategic data leadership, knowledge of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis and machine learning, and familiarity with Python and SQL. It can be based in the London office or distributed within the United Kingdom, with ad hoc meetings in London, and offers visa sponsorship and relocation support.
