Red Ventures Home is hiring a Data Science Manager to lead a small team of data scientists and build AI-driven, personalized customer-facing products using machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI systems. The role combines hands-on solution architecture, production code review, technical decision-making, delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. It is based in the New York/Manhattan office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with fully remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and is not open to visa sponsorship.
