Monzo is hiring a Data Science Manager to lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and other Data professionals in a product or business area. The role combines people leadership with strategic data leadership, partnering with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to set analytical direction, apply experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling, and machine learning, and connect data work to customer, product, and commercial outcomes. The position can be based in the London office or work remotely within the United Kingdom, with ad hoc meetings in London, and offers visa sponsorship and a relocation assistance program.
