AbbVie is hiring a Clinical Data Strategy and Operations (CDSO) DMO Lead or Clinical Data Scientist to serve as the data management subject matter expert for assigned clinical studies. The role owns data collection, cleaning, database-lock strategies, data quality, risk-based review, data flow, analytics, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and coaching team members. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 6+ years of pharma, clinical research, data management, or healthcare experience, or 8+ years of project management experience, along with strong analytical, communication, leadership, and clinical-trial knowledge.
