The role owns data collection, cleaning, database-lock strategies, data quality, risk-based monitoring, data flow, analytics, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and coaching team members. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 6+ years of pharma, clinical research, data management, or healthcare experience, or 8+ years of project management experience, along with strong analytical, communication, leadership, and clinical-trial knowledge.
