Kaizen Gaming is hiring a Data Science Team Lead to manage 5–7 data scientists and machine learning engineers while leading the delivery of high-impact AI products. The role covers translating product requirements into machine learning problems, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection and optimization, comparative experiments, ML metrics, and managing AI features through production. Candidates must have people-management experience, deep machine-learning knowledge, production ML delivery experience, MLOps experience, Big Data and cloud experience, Python and software-engineering skills, and English fluency.
