Description
Amgen is hiring a Commercial Data Science Delivery Lead to own the analytics agenda for one or more therapeutic areas and translate data science into measurable commercial outcomes. The role leads a team of data scientists, oversees patient and HCP analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, causal measurement, experimental design, and model operationalization, and partners with GCCI, engineering, and platform teams. It requires 10–15 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or commercial analytics leadership, along with pharmaceutical or commercial industry experience, predictive modeling, machine learning, causal inference, business decision-making, and team leadership; Python and SQL proficiency is required, while healthcare datasets, experimental design, and production operationalization are preferred.
