Lam is hiring a senior AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions, including generative AI, scientific machine learning, surrogate modeling, digital twins, and simulation-driven applications. The role involves production model development on cloud environments, MLOps, monitoring, governance, rapid proof-of-concepts, and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise-scale AI/ML experience, a relevant advanced degree, Python or R expertise, cloud and big-data experience, and strong project leadership and communication skills.
