The Senior Data Scientist will lead advanced analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, data visualization, feature engineering, statistical validation, model deployment, experimentation, and data ethics initiatives. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior data scientists, shaping the data science roadmap, and supporting long-term data strategy. Candidates need a master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, 10 to 15 years of data science experience, strong programming and machine learning expertise, SQL and big-data knowledge, and leadership and communication skills.
