Hanwha Energy USA is hiring a Data Scientist for its Commodities team to oversee the machine learning pipeline for wholesale power and gas market applications. The role covers price forecasting, congestion analysis, load forecasting, trading algorithms, model development and deployment, analytics, visualization, and model-library management, with a focus on ERCOT and PJM markets. The position is based in the Houston office and requires strong AI/ML, energy-market, programming, cloud, and MLOps expertise, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
