Description
Air is hiring a Data Scientist to design, develop, and rapidly deploy scalable AI solutions for defense and national security use cases. The role focuses on working with proprietary and commercial datasets to derive actionable insights, build evaluation solutions, lead AI projects end to end, collaborate with AI research, data engineering, and software development teams, and help advance AI platforms involving LLMs, agentic systems, and MLOps. The position is full time and can be based in Arlington, Virginia; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or remote, with up to 50% travel and U.S. citizenship required.
