Description

Crosby is hiring a Data Scientist to develop and improve the models and data systems powering its AI-driven legal platform. The role covers data definition and labeling, model development and evaluation, production deployment and monitoring, and the application of LLMs and other machine learning techniques. The Data Scientist will collaborate with engineers, product teams, and legal experts to translate complex legal workflows into reliable machine learning systems. The position requires 1–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied NLP, along with Python, LLM, NLP, and full ML lifecycle experience.
